About
Sam's Club is a membership-only warehouse chain offering a wide range of bulk grocery items, electronics, and home goods. The store can get crowded, especially in the mornings, and it's advisable to arrive early to avoid missing out on certain meat items. Despite some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom facilities, the overall shopping experience is pleasant with well-organized aisles and great prices. The store also offers competitive prices for gasoline.
Why you should go
- Wide variety of products at competitive prices
- Convenient bulk options for stocking up on essentials
- Amazing service in the food court

This store is always clean and well organized. I love the variety of options I have here !!!
Going to Sam's to shop is pretty nice, but the Tire Center was a nightmare. I was told by the young tech that my wheel stud started crunching when he was installing the lug nut and that I'd need a new wheel stud, just get it replaced and they pay for it. It said it so casually that I wonder if it happens often. I get home and take it off myself to find the threading mangled on the stud and the lug nut. Basically, he torqued it down with an impact before ensuring it was squarely threaded first by hand. He either rushed it or wasn't paying attention, but it could be both. I ended up having to buy a new lug nut and luckily there was enough threading left on the stud to work with. Also, I had 4 new tires installed, directional V tread tires, and 2 were installed backwards with the "ROTATION" indicator facing the wrong direction. How do you install tires all day everyday and not notice something this basic and common? They need to assign that guy to cart retrieval and get him out of the tire center. The supervisor was nice and remounted them in the right direction, (the driver side was already correct so this meant taking the tires back off of the wheel and flipping them) but that much incompetence in one visit has me genuinely afraid to bring my car back for the free tire maintenance.
Sams is always crowded except for early morning. If you don't get there early, certain meat items might be out. Since my husband and son eat most of the meat in the house, this is where I shop and for some of my vegetables. Once I think they need to do it, clean the bathroom better. One stall had no lock. One of the soap pumps were missing, and the dryers for the hands looked like they had not been cleaned in a while. Sams also has great gasoline ⛽️ prices!!

Know before you go
- Visit early in the morning to avoid crowds and ensure availability of meat items
- Be cautious when using services like the Tire Center; double-check work done on your vehicle
- Educate employees on interacting respectfully with elderly customers during checkout
- Check cleanliness of facilities like bathrooms before use
Reviews
Sam's Club offers a wide variety of products at competitive prices, with helpful staff and a clean, well-maintained environment. While some customers have had mixed experiences with specific departments like the Tire Center or checkout lines, others praise the food court for its amazing service and the overall convenience of shopping in bulk. The store is noted for being crowded but well-stocked, especially in the early morning hours. Despite some issues with cleanliness in facilities like bathrooms, Sam's Club remains a popular choice for families looking to save time and money on essentials.

The food court is amazing!! The employees in the food court are truly incredible as every time I come they give incredible service. They treated myself and my grandparents kindly and patiently even when my grandparents were struggling to order and holding up the line. The store is always stocked accordingly. The checkout lines are always very long and take forever to move through. Some of the checkout workers do have attitudes towards my elderly grandparents who struggle when checking out. I highly suggest educating your employees on how to interact with elderly customers to prevent this from happening to others. Also the sales people in the electronics department can be quite pushy towards customers especially those who are elderly.
Sam's Club is an absolute lifesaver for families!. The bulk options make it easy to stock up on essentials, saving both time and money. From fresh produce to household items, there's something for everyone.
